The Association of Women in Business would like to welcome you to Fuqua!

The vision of AWIB is "Helping Women Succeed in the Business World." Our function is to facilitate a positive environment for Fuqua female students, to raise awareness of the unique issues and challenges facing women in the workplace, and to improve the visibility of women at Fuqua. To this end, we provide programming opportunities for our membership to network with other women in their industry/functional field, host panel discussions to address academic and career challenges in a supportive environment, and plan social opportunities designed to build community among all Fuqua women. Career panels, the AWIB Speaker Series, bi-weekly brunches, mixers, and the Women of the World international dinner series are examples of the events we organize to achieve these objectives.

Goals:

  • Foster a sense of collaboration and community among women at Fuqua.
  • Leverage each other's professional and personal experiences and perspectives.
  • Build powerful and long-lasting networks.
  • Increase the quantity and quality of female applicants to Fuqua.
