Duke MBA :: FuquaVision Club

FuquaVision is the funniest club at the Fuqua School of Business in Duke University. The club and its FuquaPlex theater are unique among business school clubs, it pokes fun at the follies of any college and business schools, looking for the best, most amusing, caricatures out there. If one club is cool, this is it. The comic, clever, and droll presidents of FuquaVision are Daniel Davidson, Brendan Dugan, and Jeff MacMillan. They are our chief clowns whose comical caricatures, farces, satires and parodies make this the coolest social club around. Jim Dempsey did the website. To be a member you do not necessarily need to aspire to be an actor, actress, or clown, although many members could do well as actors, actresses, or clowns. And aspiring actors or others interested in acting are more than welcome. Yes, we can act, and we can entertain, albeit with a droll humor. Moreover, we direct and produce our own shows. So consider being a director or producer. Members have a sense of adventure, an appreciation of b-school. The club is active in campus activities, including Blue Devil Weekend, MBAA Games and basketball. Fuqua Vision is about comedy, college, and entertainment that is funny and great fun to produce. We're serious about clowning and entertaining. Some of our most humorous comedies have scripts based on the been Tour de Fuqua (parody of Tour de France). An adventurous FuquaVision film amuses bschool MBA students all over with its funny and innovative lampoon, which is bound to generate laughter. Why go to the movies to see a movie, when you can watch FuquaVision, which will make fun of b-school, which Hollywood doesn't do. So we don't jest or joke when we say that this is the greatest movie parodies short of the theater/theatre students can find to spoof with maximum adventure, clowning, hilarity, slapstick, and jokes that a college/university student can find. This silly skit and theatrics is entertaining comedies filed with news and jokes to make you laugh at our witty wit, with twists that takeoff and show our vision to satirize and produce humor. We film these comedies to be as entertaining as possible, without being burlesque, which will provide much amusement and innovation for the business community. Perhaps these comedies are entertaining games to be film for a great show that will takeoff and satirize our MBAA and any producer of these games. Being a producer gives you a chance to write your own script. So amuse your friends with a satire and show that will make you laugh and feel kool. It will amuse you with its humor and hilarity, no joking it's hilarious, you should try filming it!
