Barry R. McCaffrey
Retired U.S. Army General
Upon his retirement from active duty, Gen. McCaffrey was the most highly decorated four-star general in the U.S. Army. He commanded the 24th Infantry Division (Mech.) in the Desert Storm 400-km “left hook” attack into Iraq and served as Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces Southern Command. General McCaffrey has also served as Director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy and is currently a military analyst for NBC News and professor at the United States Military Academy.
Lori Queisser
