Barry R. McCaffrey
Retired U.S. Army General

Upon his retirement from active duty, Gen. McCaffrey was the most highly decorated four-star general in the U.S. Army. He commanded the 24th Infantry Division (Mech.) in the Desert Storm 400-km “left hook” attack into Iraq and served as Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Armed Forces Southern Command. General McCaffrey has also served as Director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy and is currently a military analyst for NBC News and professor at the United States Military Academy.

Lori Queisser
Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Eli Lilly and Company

Ms. Queisser's role as Chief Compliance Officer gives her a unique perspective on risk-taking, especially in an era of increasing attention to corporate financial responsibility. As a member of Lilly's senior management forum, Ms. Queisser is part of the top executive group that implements strategy, ensures corporate performance, and identifies issues and opportunities. Before taking her current role in 2002, Ms. Queisser had been executive director and general auditor at Lilly.
