The Duke MBA Leadership Experience is the annual capstone event of the student-run Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) at The Fuqua School of Business, which is partnered with the Fuqua/Coach K Center of Leadership and Ethics (COLE).

The purpose of the Leadership Experience is to provide participants in the Event with a forum to explore and develop the specific skills, tools, and knowledge they need to lead successfully and make meaningful positive impacts in their careers, personal lives, and community endeavors.
