Mission

Fuqua's Business & Environment Group (Fuqua B&E), launched in the spring of 2004, is one of four special topic / working groups of the Fuqua Social Impact Club.

The B&E’s developing mission is to promote an interdisciplinary understanding of the many environmental challenges and opportunities facing today’s leadership in private, public, non-profit, and academic organizations.

The B&E works to build more effective working partnerships with students and faculty at Duke Law School, the Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy, and the Nicholas School of the Environment.  The B&E also seeks to act as a liaison between Fuqua and other student, professional, and community groups in the Triangle and beyond.

Membership is open and there are no membership fees. Our current membership list consists of a wide range of university students, student partners, faculty, staff, and local professionals representing a variety of professional backgrounds and career paths.
