Welcome!!!

The mission of the Duke MBA, Fuqua Wine Club is to educate its members about wine through wine tastings that are enjoyable and responsible. We welcome all individuals, whether they be novice or established connoisseurs. Enhance your enjoyment of wine and wine tasting. Become familiar with wine jargon, grapes and wine regions and basics of wine ordering, buying and tasting. Join us in all or any of the upcoming events!!

Announcements

We are currently rebuilding the "Club History" section of the website. Meagan and Kris (club presidents, class of 2008) started this effort. We will like to continue this effort and hear from the past club members and presidents. Send us your names, dates, highlights etc to be included on the page.

We are also working on 2008-09 event schedule. We are always looking for event ideas. Please send your suggestions to wine-club@duke.edu

When ordering a bottle at a restaurant, take a look at the label to make sure it is the correct wine and vintage. The waiter may give you the cork after opening the bottle, but you aren't obliged to do anything with it.
